Product Overview
The GREEF NEW ENERGY GDG series disc-type permanent magnet generator features a unique stacked disc design where the spindle and rotor are arranged in a disc shape. The stator remains fixed in the central position while the rotor rotates on both sides. Unlike conventional generators, the spindle contains only windings without an iron core.
Both stator and rotor are constructed as flat disc structures utilizing axial air gap magnetic flux, arranged alternately along the axial direction. The short axial length and large diameter enable easy implementation of multi-pole structures, resulting in high power-to-mass ratio, low speed rating, low wind speed starting capability, compact size, low energy consumption, light weight, and high efficiency.
